Once booked, send a deposit for 10% as a cheque made payable to Anne Skea. Full amount to be received 1 week before the letting. Deposits are non-refundable, and you are liable for the full amount if you cancel less than 8 weeks before the letting (although this will be refunded if I can re-book that letting).
We are sorry, but no pets or smoking are permitted.
